CAC appointments made

All of the members of the Central Arbitration Committee, which will play a major role in the forthcoming union recognition law, have now been appointed. This makes it likely that the timetable for the new law will shortly be drawn up. The government currently gives 6 June as the key date but this is dependent on regulations being adopted by parliament.
