Unite drive gets recognition at Eddie Stobart

General union Unite has gained negotiating rights at distribution firm Eddie Stobart for 85 warehouse staff working at its Daresbury Warehouse.

A ballot ordered by the Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) resulted in an 80.7% to 19.3% vote by workers in favour of recognition, which was then awarded by the CAC.
