Dutch pay increases remain high

The most recent figures published by CBS, the national statistical office, show that negotiated settlements in the Netherlands remain high. In August, collectively agreed monthly pay, including additional payments, was 5.7% higher than a year earlier, back up from the 5.6% recorded for July. Negotiated pay increases have been running at 5.6% or 5.7% every month since March 2023.
