A cash award of £343 on basic salaries with effect from 1 October has been agreed. The deal covers staff graded and works operatives, members of MSF, AEEU and TGWU at the company's Poole site in Dorset.

All staff not on a personal bonus scheme are due to receive a £500 bonus for achieving targets, in November, and a commitment to pay a similar bonus next November, subject to the performance of the business, was part of the agreement.
