Stress and mental health at work (May 2025)

The main work factors cited by respondents are workload pressures (including tight deadlines and too much responsibility) and a lack of managerial support. They also identified violence and bullying, organisational changes at work, and role uncertainty – lack of clarity about the job or uncertainty about what they are meant to do.
