Stress and mental health at work (May 2025)
The TUC’s latest biennial survey,
Trades union health and safety reps survey report 2022 – 2023, is based on a record 3,046 responses from workplace union safety representatives. This shows that stress is the most widespread top-five health and safety concern, cited by almost three in five (59%) reps.
