Aerospace company Thales UK makes clear its position on how seriously it takes allegations of sexual harassment in its anti-harassment and bullying policy. It says: “Thales has a duty to provide all staff with a safe place and system of work. This includes a workplace free from harassment and bullying which may, in certain circumstances, also amount to unlawful discrimination.”
