2. The scale of bullying and harassment at work

Bullying and harassment is among the top five concerns for trade union safety reps, according to the TUC’s 2018 biennial safety reps survey, and second only to stress. Forty five per cent of reps responding to the survey reported bullying and harassment as a top five concern. This increased to 63% of reps in local government and 71% of reps in central government.
