Forty-five percent of safety reps in the 2022-23 TUC biennial safety reps survey identified bullying and harassment as a main concern in their workplace, second only to stress.

Employers have a duty to provide a safe and healthy working environment. This includes protection from bullying and harassment, including sexual harassment.
