In Miles v Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency [2023] EAT 62, a driving examiner resigned from his post after raising concerns about returning to work during the early stages of the Covid pandemic. He subsequently claimed for disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments, health and safety detriment, constructive unfair dismissal, and unfair dismissal for health and safety reasons.
