The Community trade union says it is estimated that 23% of the British workforce has been bullied at work, and the problem appears to be on the increase. The number of workplace bullying claims lodged in the employment tribunals rose to a record high of 835 in the year ending March 2022, according to an analysis by Fox & Partners employment law specialists. This was a rise of 44% on the previous year.
