Health and Safety Law 2024 (October 2024)

The general rule is that the whole four weeks under regulation 13 (the EU-derived holiday) must be taken in the holiday year in which the holiday accrues. It cannot be carried forward into the next holiday year and cannot be replaced by payment, except on termination of employment.
