Someone working a five-day week is entitled to 28 days’ annual leave, whereas someone on a three-day week is entitled to 16.8 days’ annual leave. Twenty-eight days is the maximum statutory entitlement. For example, someone who works a six-day week does not gain extra holiday beyond the maximum 28 days.
