This Is Not Working, an alliance of more than 20 unions, charities and women’s rights organisations, says the new law will “shift the onus onto employers to stop sexual harassment from happening in the first place by taking reasonable steps to address the risks that can enable sexual harassment while at work” and will “create culture change”, ensuring the focus shifts from redress to prevention.
