Health and Safety Law 2024 (October 2024)

The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 25(4)) require employers to provide a place for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to rest: “Suitable facilities shall be provided for any person at work who is a pregnant woman or nursing mother to rest.”
