They include Leicestershire-based food waste recycling company Greenfeeds Ltd co-owner and office and accounts manager Gillian Leivers. In June 2022, she was found guilty of two counts of gross negligence manslaughter and a breach of the Health and Safety at Work Act and was disqualified for being a company director for a period of 15 years. The company was fined £2 million following a corporate manslaughter conviction, although it was in liquidation by the time the case reached Leicestershire Crown Court. Co-owner and managing director Ian Leivers was also found guilty of a breach of the Act and sentenced to 20 months in prison and disqualified from being a company director for a period of 10 years. Employees Nathan Walker, who was just 19, and 35-year-old Gavin Rawson both drowned in December 2016 after falling into a road haulage tanker containing semi-liquid pig feed.
