Harassment

[ch 8: page 44]

Harassment occurs (section 26 EA 10) when someone engages in unwanted conduct related to a person’s disability and the conduct has the purpose or effect of violating that person’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.
