The Fawcett Society gender equality campaign has carried out a review of current research and identifies five key requirements to create a workplace that does not tolerate sexual harassment: culture, policy, training, reporting mechanisms, and the way employers respond to reports. This chapter looks at trade union advice in these areas, and on carrying out sexual harassment surveys and workplace risk assessments.
