Sources of legal advice and support

Most trade unions offer support to members wanting to bring a tribunal claim as long as they meet eligibility criteria, typically length of membership and strength of claim. Other sources of support include Citizens Advice and the LawWorks charity: www.lawworks.org.uk which connects a network of volunteer lawyers and advice centres with people needing legal advice who cannot pay.
