Setting out the grievance

If a worker cannot resolve a workplace issue informally by talking to their line manager, they can raise a formal grievance.

This should be put in writing without unreasonable delay, setting out the nature of the grievance, and raised with a manager who is not the subject of the grievance (para 32).
