The additional award

If an ET orders reinstatement or re-engagement but the employer refuses to comply and cannot show it was not reasonably practicable to do so, the ET will make an additional award of between 26 weeks’ and 52 weeks’ pay, subject to the statutory limit to a week’s pay (£544 from April 2021).
