The following chapter sets out examples of how unions are taking action at all levels, from workplace, to national, European and international level, to prevent or minimise work-related violence. They are also committed to ensuring that those workers who are attacked or abused are properly supported — and, importantly, do not suffer financially if they have to take time off work as a result.
