Employee liability information

Under TUPE, the outgoing employer (the transferor) must give the new employer (the transferee) information, called employee liability information, at least 28 days before the transfer date. Among the information to be provided is staff disciplinary and grievance records for the previous two years. Unions have no right to see this information under TUPE.
