2. TYPES OF DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION UNDER THE EQUALITY ACT 2010

There are five basic types of disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 (EA 2010):

• direct discrimination;

• indirect discrimination;

• discrimination arising out of disability;

• harassment; and

• victimisation.
