Returning to work after shared parental leave
[ch 2: page 26]The rules on those returning to work say that where someone is on shared parental leave for 26 weeks or less they are entitled to return to work to do the same job. Where the amount of shared parental leave is more than 26 weeks and where it is not reasonably practicable for them to return to the same job, they should be given a job that is suitable and appropriate in the circumstances.
