Requests from data subjects

Individuals (data subjects) have a right of access to data and information that is held about them. If someone approaches you to ask for personal data that you hold, you should refer the request to the data controller at head office. It is essential that you do this straight away since they are obliged to provide the information without undue delay and, generally, within one month of the request.
