Chapter 6

The Lost Arts Campaign

[ch 6: page 44]

The Lost Arts campaign was set up by eight unions whose members are directly affected by cuts to the arts, including the threat of ZHCs. The unions are: the Musicians’ Union, Equity, BECTU, the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain, the National Union of Journalists, UNITE, Prospect and PCS. The campaign aims to highlight the impact of cuts — including lost jobs and cuts to terms and conditions.

Information about the campaigning activities of the Lost Arts movement can be found at: www.lost-arts.org/who-we-are.
