Agency workers

Cases concerning the status of agency workers have also been stayed (except where there is a written contract of employment with a company which accepts it is the employer), pending the Court of Appeal’s judgment in the case of James v London Borough of Greenwich (and the two employment tribunal test cases of Mustafa v HM Prison Service and Kruck v Home Office in respect of Crown employees).
