Compensation claims are in decline

New academic research has backed union claims that the UK’s “compensation culture” is a myth, by indicating that the number of court claims relating to health and safety is continuing to fall.

Warwick University researchers working for the Health and Safety Executive found that the number of legal actions is consistently declining in both the High Court and the County Courts.
