EC U-turn on hazards to reproduction

The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) has criticised a European Commission (EC) U-turn on substances that are a hazard to reproduction. The ETUC wants reprotoxins, substances hazardous to reproduction, brought into the directive that protects workers from carcinogens and mutagens. However, the Commission has dropped any mention of reprotoxins from its proposals to revise the directive.
