Representation remains ‘robust’

The first findings have been published of the most thorough study of workplace relations in the UK — the 2011 Workplace Employment Relations Survey (WERS).

Among other things it looks at workplace union representation and finds that this has remained “relatively robust” in the period since the last survey in 2004.

This aspect of the WERS study will be covered in more detail in next month’s issue of Labour Research.
