Pay gap discussions
The ICTU Irish trade union confederation and IBEC Irish employers’ association, have started discussions on the best method for presenting information on the gap between men’s and women’s pay.
ICTU general secretary Patricia King said it was working with the employers to find a way of producing “meaningful and specific data about pay gaps”.
