In advance of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 coming into force, the EHRC published updated guidance on workplace sexual harassment. This makes clear that: “From 26 October 2024 employers must take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their workers, including by third parties.”
