New laws on bullying and harassment
The Polish government is planning to introduce new legislation on bullying and harassment.
Among other changes, it will increase the penalties for employers and make it clear that the assessment on whether it has occurred will not depend on the intention of the perpetrator. Labour minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bak promised that “bullying and harassment will no longer be swept under the carpet”.
