The additional award

If an employment tribunal orders reinstatement or re-engagement but the employer refuses to comply and cannot show it was not reasonably practicable to do so, the tribunal will make an additional award of between 26 weeks’ and 52 weeks’ pay, subject to the statutory limit to a week’s pay (£538 from April 2020).
