• Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974;
• Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999;
• Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1977;
• Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR);
• Emergency Workers Acts;
• Dangerous dogs legislation;
• Equality Act 2010 (includes protection from harassment);
• Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (includes protection from cyber bullying); and
• Criminal Justice Act 1998 (includes protection from racially/religiously aggravated common assault).
