Temporary agency workers

Under the Agency Workers Regulations 2010, qualifying agency workers have statutory rights to equal treatment with comparable directly employed employees in relation to pay, holidays and working time, as well as improved pregnancy rights, rights to access shared facilities such as canteens and crèches and to information about job vacancies.
