Protection from Harassment Act
[ch 2: page 27]In some circumstances, a worker may be able to bring a case under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 . This action can be taken either through criminal prosecution or a private action for damages in the civil courts. It can be done on behalf of an individual, or a group.
