[ch 7: page 266]Pieceworkers can claim equal pay under the EA 10. If there is an appreciable difference in pay between pieceworkers of different sexes, it is for the employer to prove that there is no sex-based discrimination (Specialarbejderforbundet i Danmark v Dansk Industri [1995] IRLR 648).
