Fixing a hearing date

Tribunals have great difficulty managing their hearing schedule. In general, once a hearing date has been fixed, it is very difficult to change it. Take your diary to any hearing, with a note of genuinely unavoidable commitments such as hospital operations, and if possible, dates when your representative cannot attend a hearing.
