Employers have a duty to provide a safe and healthy working environment. This includes protection from bullying and harassment, including sexual harassment. As women have spoken out about the sexual harassment they have experienced in response to the #MeToo campaign, it has become clear that it remains a huge problem in workplaces across the UK economy.
