Acas Early Conciliation
[ch 7: page 187]Acas Early Conciliation (Acas EC) is now a mandatory first step for all tribunal claims (except interim relief). Acas EC must be initiated by submitting an Acas Early Conciliation Notification Form within the three-month time limit for bringing a claim, or else the tribunal will not be allowed to hear it.
