What is the deadline for any claim?
[ch 12: page 447]The deadline for a tribunal claim for unfair dismissal is three months from the dismissal date. The first step is to submit an Acas Early Conciliation Notification Form. This must be done before the expiry of the three-month deadline for bringing the claim. As with all tribunal claims, there are now fees. See Chapter 13 for information on tribunal fees, “Help with Fees” (remission), Acas Early Conciliation and bringing a tribunal claim.
