Acas Early Conciliation
[ch 7: pages 211-212]Acas Early Conciliation (EC) is now a mandatory first step for all tribunal claims (except interim relief). Acas EC must be initiated by submitting an Acas EC Notification Form within the three-month time limit for bringing the claim. Otherwise, the tribunal will not be allowed to hear it.
