Many unions produce guides and toolkits to support reps who are tackling discrimination and harassment in their workplace and several have been referenced at various points in this booklet.

The general union Unite has also set up a Listening and Support Network to help members suffering from bullying or harassment. Trained, accredited members provide active listening support, to help the member talk through their feelings and experience.
