Dismissal of zero hours contract workers

It is automatically unfair under the Exclusivity Terms in Zero Hours Contracts (Redress) Regulations 2015 to dismiss an employee for breaching a contract term banning work for another employer. TUC research has shown that only a few zero hours contract workers (at most one in ten) are affected by this kind of term.
