Tackling violence at work - a guide for union reps

Attacks on workers by members of the public are common in many occupations and workplaces. This booklet is a guide to help union reps tackle the problem. It focuses on the prevention of violence at work through job design, the working environment and training - crucial areas which employers need to act on to limit violence at work.
