LRD guides and handbook July 2017
Health and safety law 2017
The 2017 edition of Health and Safety Law has been published at a time of considerable uncertainty, with the general election resulting in a hung parliament and Brexit negotiations just underway. This new edition of the Labour Research Department‘s annual guide to health and safety law has been updated to include these and other important developments. It covers new regulations, significant court cases, the implications of new legislation and provides guidance from the Health and Safety Executive, TUC and trade unions.
Health and Safety Law 2017 is an essential tool for union reps, safety reps and union officials to use in their negotiations with employers.
