Changes to dismissal law in recent years have meant that more people have the right to take unfair dismissal claims. This booklet explains the law on both "fair" and "unfair" dismissals, as well as wrongful and constructive dismissal. The booklet also describes the new arbitration scheme giving people an alternative to going to an employment tribunal.
