Workplace partnership

Partnership between bosses and employees can bring economic and organisational rewards if instituted correctly, according to two reports released last month.

Partnership works, from the TUC, showcases how unions and the TUC's Partnership Institute can contribute to the success of companies. It also aims to show how a partnership approach can make jobs more fulfilling for workers.

Partnership under pressure: how does it survive?, published by the Institute of Employment Studies (IES), identifies the situations that can put workplace partnerships under strain and what can be done to survive them.
